Question: What animals are endangered and what can we do to help?

There are lists of endangered animals online (for example WWF or IUCN websites), like tigers and polar bears, but also little insects and plants are endangered in the same way. You can also visit wildlife parks and zoos that usually have conservation projects.
If you know what is endangered you can do something to help. For example polar bears are losing ice to higher temperatures in the North Pole from human gas emissions. We can help reducing the temperature increase by reducing gas emissions, for example walking rather than driving short distances, lowering the temperature of the heating at home, buying local food, reducing water.
The main issue is awareness and knowing what is endangered we can make little changes in our life to ensure that these animals don’t go extinct.
